Carston's first transfer

Carston survived his first transfer. He stayed in the same place, Evansville, Indiana. He has a new companion, Elder Hitchcock. Sounds scary, but he has a nickname in their mission,'the prophet' because he's so intelligent and dilligent. Come to find out he's not scary at all.

Here's Carston's plaque hanging in our ward building.


His favorite scripture is found in D&C 68:4-6.

After hours and hours of study, he decided
that he needed glasses.



He's putting 25-40 miles a day on his bike.
He's almost ready for a new set of tires.
And we thought he went through car tires fast.


All that biking is doing good. He's gained 10 pounds.
Probably all in his legs.
He says 'hi' to everyone and would like to
write letters to all but doesn' have the time.

He loves his mission and is glad he's there.
He has a whole list of peope they are teaching,
and is doing lots of service.
